MSc in Economics

The MSc program is a two-year program designed to equip students with a strong background that enables them to pursue a Ph.D. degree worldwide or to work as an economist in financial institutions, public institutions or private corporations. While the applications are open to any student with any undergraduate degree, the selection process is competitive.

The program requires the students to successfully complete 6 core and 2 elective courses (for a total of 60 ECTS), take a non-credit seminar course, and defend their MSc thesis. More information on the courses can be found at the “Courses” page.

Students are eligible to write their master's thesis only if the course work is successfully completed. Hence they should preferably complete their courses within the first year.
